Ronald Regan – Herman designed the guest house for then California Governor, Ronald Regan.

Governor George Deukmejian – Herman designed the guest house for then California Governor, George Deukmejian.

Roy Brophy – Herman designed numerous subdivisions for Mr. Brophy over the years.  During a 15-year period he designed over 2,000 homes for Mr. Brophy.

JTS Homes – Herman Designed over 300 homes, duplexes, and apartments for Jack Sweigert, when he operated his company as J & L Properties prior to becoming JTS Homes.

Reynen & Bartis – Reynen & Bartis operated as Wincrest Homes, and Herman designed many fourplexes, apartments, and duplexes for John Reynen and Chris Bartis.  Herman also deigned their first duplex at the corner of Garfield and Engle Road in Carmichael, CA.

George Mc Cuen – Mr. Mc Cuen was the former owner of the San Francisco 49ers.  Herman designed fourplexes and subdivisions, consisting of over 2,000 homes.

Home Savings & Loan – Homes Savings & Loan was a Los Angeles based company, which at one time, was the largest Savings and Loan in the Unites States.  Herman designed eight subdivisions for them, consisting of over 4,000 homes across the west coast.

Larchmont Homes – MJ Brock – Herman designed three subdivisions for Mr. Brock, consisting of 500 homes.

Williams & Borough – Redwood City – Williams & Boroughs built Candlestick Park in San Francisco.  Herman designed a country club and 75 condominiums in West Sacramento for them.
